There are two ways to send parcels to the post office: over-the-counter and door-to-door. In addition, window reception is classified into two shipping methods: registered parcel and general parcel. In case of door-to-door, general parcels cannot be sent, only registered parcels are accepted.

Registered parcels are trackable/inquiryable “courier” that people generally refer to, and ordinary parcels are closer to the concept of “mail”.
Since it is a shipping method, tracking/inquiry is not possible, and compensation cannot be claimed if the shipment is lost. Also, please check the delivery order/procedure below for the difference in price between registered parcels and regular parcels.

1. Prepare your shipment and boxes (optional)
After packing the goods to be shipped in a box and visiting the post office, you can immediately write an invoice and proceed with the reception at the window.
2. Visit the post office
If you do not have a separate box, there are boxes of various sizes in the post office, so you can go to the post office and pack it. (Tape, scissors, etc. are free to use)
