Apart from the above exclusions, some may be excluded from winter voucher redundancy support for the reasons below.
Since there are various types of energy used, it is paid in the form of a ‘use voucher’, and the amount of support varies depending on the number of households.
Although the amount of the voucher for each period is divided, part of the winter voucher can be pulled toward summer (up to 45,000 won) and the balance of the summer voucher can be used exclusively for winter vouchers.

Since it is in the form of a voucher, not a form of subsidy, please familiarize yourself with the period and method of use.
Please note that summer vouchers can only be used when using electric energy.
In particular, the winter voucher can be used in one of the two ways below.
It is a ‘virtual card’ format. Electricity and city gas charges are automatically deducted from the bill issued during the voucher usage period.
It is a ‘physical card’ format. After issuing a physical card, you must apply for an energy voucher.
The Kookmin Happiness Card issuer can be contacted by phone by the following card companies.
If you are selected as a recipient of energy voucher support, the amount of the voucher will be charged to the issued National Happiness Card.
After that, you can pay directly with your card when purchasing kerosene, LPG, briquettes, etc.
You can apply for an energy voucher online at each local administrative welfare center or on the Welfare Road website.
