Are you having a headache because there are so many types of AliExpress delivery? Besides, I don’t know if the delivery can be tracked, and if so, I don’t know how to do it… so I’m going to deal with it.

Typically, Ali Express uses three delivery methods.
I mainly use Cainiao or AliExpress Standard Shipping. Since I don’t order things that are expensive and needed quickly, the mindset is that anything that is cheap is a huge win! I will look at each detail in detail.
1. Cainiao Super Economy Global (for super goods) – Free but slow.
We boast fairly cheap shipping costs. It’s international mail. It takes about 18 to 40 days for delivery. (Even if the estimated arrival time is 2 to 3 months, it will arrive sooner than that.) The seller leaves the goods at Ali Express, and when an order is received, Ali Express ships it. no see. Cainiao is a subsidiary of Alibaba Group and is entrusted with consignment services. Only products under $5 are available. Up to 2 kg is allowed.
It’s cheap, but tracking is impossible once it enters Korea. In my case, I choose this method when buying cell phone cases, liquid crystal films, tripod parts, and charging cables. I just ordered it in advance and forgot about it.
There are shipping methods that include some with “for Super goods” and some without, but I felt there wasn’t much of a difference in shipping even if there was a price difference. You can just choose a cheaper shipping method.
2. AliExpress Standard Shipping – Low shipping costs, tracking available
Likewise, it is sent by AliExpress, not the seller. You can expect it to arrive in about 2-3 weeks. It’s much faster. The price is usually 1-2 dollars at most?? Unlike Cainiao, you can track the delivery until it arrives at your doorstep, making it less frustrating. I usually order products ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 won, such as webcams and microphones, through AliExpress standard shipping, which is trackable.
There is AliExpress Premium shipping. Premium is shipped from China → Korea via EMS, DHL, or international express carrier, and Standard is shipped by sea courier. So, Premium is more expensive, but is delivered in about 8 to 14 business days. (Recently, delivery has been delayed due to the coronavirus, so the difference with Standard has narrowed).
3. EMS, DHL, FedEx – international express, expensive and very fast
Delivery using an international express company is very fast. In particular, FedEx and DHL are very famous. It arrives in 7 business days and includes tracking.

However, since the price is usually around 30 dollars, I do not recommend it unless it is an expensive product such as a camera (over 500,000 won).
I’ll show you how to track your delivery. At least AliExpress Saver Shipping is trackable.
● Step 1
After logging in to AliExpress, click your account in the upper right. Click on your account – Click My orders to check your order details.
● Step 2
If you look to the right of the ordered item, you will see an item called Track Order. Please click.
● Step 3
When you enter a track order, the shipping method and shipping number are written on the top right. For AliExpress Saver Shipping, this is a 13-digit shipping number starting with N. Please copy.
● Step 4

Go to the cainiao site above. This is a company site that is a subsidiary of Ali Express and is responsible for shipping within China. Here, enter the shipping number you copied earlier and click Track.
● Step 5
You can see how much the product has currently been shipped within China. You will travel to a Chinese port and then from the Chinese port to a Korean port.
* If delivery is completed in China, such as Delivery Arranged or Delivery, it means that it has been returned. If you have not passed customs inspection, you must contact the seller.
* Received by line-haul means that the goods have arrived properly at the warehouse in China. If it is a type of delivery that cannot be tracked, it will no longer be tracked, but the delivery is progressing well.
● Step 6

Sea transportation can be tracked through the ACT & CORE Logistics site. If you click the link above, a screen like the picture above will appear.
Please select sea import rather than air import. Ali Express transports by ship. Then, enter the shipping number you copied earlier in Input Tracking Number.
* If the inquiry is not possible in the above steps, it is between the seller and the shipping company. You must wait until the seller’s product goes to the shipping company. It may take up to 2 days.
● 7 steps
All information including departure port, arrival port, departure date, port arrival date, quantity, weight, cargo progress date and time, shipping company, etc. is displayed. When you enter a Korean port like this, the goods are classified by the Korea Customs Service.
* If it is stopped at Item held by Customs, it is waiting for customs clearance. Let’s check it in the steps below. If it is blocked at Chinese customs, only the seller can resolve it, so you should contact them quickly.

Overseas direct purchase site here
Customs Service – Overseas direct purchase here – You can view information reported to customs and customs clearance progress through the Import Cargo Progress Information category. After selecting M B/L – H B/L, enter the shipping number in the red box and click Inquiry to see the detailed processing process.
● Inquiries within Korea
If the Ali Express delivery tracking shows that it has been brought into Korea, you can check it at the post office or a domestic courier company (ex. CJ Korea Express).
You can check the domestic delivery stage by entering the registration number in the registration number inquiry box on the post office website.
● Order with Aliexpress saver shipping
I ordered it on the afternoon of August 4th and the company shipped it on August 5th. Since it was a phone case, it was shipped quickly. Strangely, it arrived from China to Korea in 5 days, but was stopped in customs clearance and delivery by the local shipping company. Amicin, I thought there must have been an error, but they arrived on August 20th by mail, not registered mail. AliExpress will arrive if you forget it
It wasn’t reflected in the tracking order haha… It arrived in almost 15 days. It’s faster than you think, right??
To be honest, I don’t even expect AliExpress to arrive early. Does it feel like you’ll come early if you just forget about it? I usually only order products that are not urgent or pre-ordered through Ali Express, so I don’t track delivery often. BUT, if you are worried about ordering expensive products, ease your worries through the delivery tracking method above!
