Repair cost, which includes 10% parts cost VAT, refers to labor excluding parts cost, and is calculated according to the difficulty of repair and the time required. Some models provide an additional 1-year free after-sales service period in addition to the 12-month product warranty period. Use the iNavi Service Center by selecting an after-sales service center through the website and specifying a visit date.
Parts cost includes 10% VAT.
Repair costs are calculated as labor excluding parts costs.

We provide two after-sales service repair methods for our products through the iNavi Service Center. You can receive prompt service by writing down detailed information on a note with the product and sending it using CJ Courier. If a complex problem occurs, after-sales service repair may be required. You can receive prompt service by sending the product to the iNavi Service Center and filling out the relevant information. If the problem is complex, after-sales service may be required.
