💡Newlyweds without homes (marriage planned for 3 months ~ marriage registration date within 7 years) are eligible for ‘Newlyweds’ housing loan and loan interest support’
– Income criteria: Individual (combined couple) annual income of 45 million won or less, couple combined income of 80 million won or less
– Target housing: Rental deposit of 200 million won or less and monthly rent conversion rate of 6.1% or less
💡Not applicable to housing that is not listed on the building register
💡In the case of housing types other than apartments, if the landlord has owned the house for less than 3 months as of the application date, the contracting bank will conduct additional screening according to the contracting bank’s internal regulations, such as refusal to apply for a guarantee

– Loan interest of 2.0% per annum
– Maximum loan limit : Within 100 million won (within 90% of the rental deposit → the remainder is borne by the applicant)
– Loan handling bank: Busan Bank
– Loan period: 1 year or more, 2 years or less, until the expiration date of the relevant rental contract
💡If the rental contract period is within 1 year, the loan period will be less than 1 year when the loan is executed, so application is not possible
💡In the case of loan interest rate (4.0%), support interest rate: 2.0%, applicant’s burden interest rate: 2.0%
