If you do not use the purchased VALORANT game content within 7 days from the date of purchase, you can cancel your subscription.
Content is considered used when it is equipped in the game. In other words, please note that it is considered used when you start the game and enter the loading screen, regardless of any mode, including custom game or practice mode.
Exceptionally, if an inquiry is received within 24 hours of purchase, exceptional subscription cancellation is possible for only one weapon per account.
Skin products purchased within 90 days can be canceled only once per account. It is said that the weapon skin included in the product and all upgrades and modifications made within 90 days are also available. However, cancellation of subscription is not possible for battle passes, agent contracts, and set products.
To request a cancellation, you must complete the cancellation form on the VALORANT customer support website. The form must include the name of the content purchased, reason for cancellation, and account information.

 

2. When you can request cancellation of subscription in Valorant

Less than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
Content has not been used.
Content was purchased using the account that issued the subscription cancellation request.
If the content has been used, cancellation of subscription is restricted. The following are examples of content for which cancellation of subscription is restricted.

Enter the loading screen after purchasing an agent (excluding the practice range)
After purchasing other items (weapon skins, player cards, etc.), equip them from the collection list and enter the loading screen.
For set products, the following applies.
If you purchase a single item or a set separately, cancellation can only be done in the reverse order of purchase.
If you purchase a set product and partially use it, cancellation of subscription may be restricted for both the purchased set product and the items purchased individually among the set components.

3. How to request VALORANT subscription cancellation

Go to the VALORANT customer support website.
Go to the “Customer Support” page and click on the “Cancel Subscription” link.
Fill out the subscription withdrawal form.
Enter the name of the purchased content, reason for cancellation, and account information in the form.
Submit the form.
The VALORANT customer support team will review your cancellation request and decide whether to approve it or not. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
